How To Use – Application Instructions

Preparation: You must clean the surface off dirt, coating, efflorescences, oil & other materials. Then, you must saturate the surface with clean water.
Mixing: Mix the MAXGROUT waterproof grout sealer with water. You can use up to 3-3.5 L of water to mix a 25kg bag of this sealer. Blend the mixture till all the lumps get disappear. However, it’s essential that you do not overuse water above the given ratio.
Placing: Put the MAXGROUT directly through the container into the surface. You can also use machine pumping applications to pour the mixture onto the surface. While setting it, you should avoid cold joints and air entrapments.
However, there are a few conditions that you must adhere to while applying this waterproof grout sealer.
Weather Conditions: You should only apply this mixture when the temperature is between 10 to 25 °C. Also, avoid using it during the winters or when it’s below 5°C. Thus, you should always avoid applying MAXGROUT on frosted surfaces. Similarly, during the summer season or too windy, make sure to use cold water or iced water and store the mixture in a cold place.
Curing: As soon as you pour the sealer onto the surface, the curing procedures must begin. Use wet burlaps or rags and plastic sheeting for curing.
Cleaning: You should clean all the equipment and tools that were used with water.
